Given how far Amsterdam is from Mexico, it may take a little courage for you to try this eatery's cactus salad (even though the main ingredient is happily de-spiked), or the popular Day of the Dead dish, enchiladas with mole (pronounced moh-lay and featuring a spicy chocolate-chili sauce). But even if these aren't the most authentic Mexican dishes you'll ever eat, the charming young staff and casual environment here are winners. Even better, the selection of tequilas is deliciously ample, and the margaritas have all the requisite bite and zest.
