Fodor's Review:
Though it may sound like an Italian restaurant run by a large-bottomed matriarch, this is actually a slick, minimalist eatery recalling a Japanese noodle shop. It's fresh, fast, and fairly cheap; just fill out a menu card and hand it to one of the waitstaff. Moments later, a hearty bowl of noodles and broth supplemented with your choice of meats, fish, and vegetables will arrive. Further sustenance comes in the form of fruit and vegetable shakes.
