Amsterdam Restaurants

Wagamama Review

Though it may sound like an Italian restaurant run by a large-bottomed matriarch, this is actually a slick minimalist eatery recalling a Japanese noodle shop. It's fresh, fast, and fairly cheap. Moments after you order, a hearty bowl of noodles and broth supplemented with your choice of meats, fish, and vegetables will arrive. Further sustenance comes in the form of fruit and vegetable shakes. Their newest location, near Rembrandtplein, features all-you-can-eat conveyor belt sushi from Thursdays through Sundays for €22.50 (Amstelstraat 8, 020/320-0310).
