Fodor's Review:

On a quiet residential street not far from the Vondelpark, the Jupiter hotel, though its arched doorway and windows are rimmed with neon lighting, has a plain, homey interior and an elevator. You're a short walk away from the Rijksmuseum and the Concertgebouw, as well as the shops in the chic P. C. Hooftstraat. Pros: quiet location, close to museums, nice bathrooms. Cons: no particular Dutch flavor, staff could be friendlier.
