"From the Market" truly defines the food here: each course of the day's three- (€39.50) or four- (€48.50) or five- (€57.50) course feast is made from the freshest ingredients found at the market that morning. As such, the vegetarian-friendly menu might include anything from a giant artichoke served with grilled seasonal mushrooms to a lobster bisque with prawn wontons to wild duck with sage sauce. (Often, dishes exhibit an Asian touch.) The setting is sleek and up-to-the-minute trendy, with simple pine floors contrasting with brightly colored walls.
