Fodor's Review

Decked out in rich colors, with photos of the Dalai Lama on the wall, this friendly spot in the middle of the Red Light action is known for its excellent and not typical food, budget prices, and the fact that they're open until midnight. This was the first Tibetan restaurant to open in the Netherlands and it serves authentic dishes like momo (dumplings); sizzling plates piled with rice and your choice of chicken, beef, fish, pork, prawn, lamb, or vegetables; and spicy Khamba beef, a stew with savory pie crust on the bottom. There is a wide selection of traditional Chinese dishes and vegetarian-friendly options, too, though the Tibetan food is the real appeal.
