Fodor's Review

This casual neighborhood bistro draws a relaxed local crowd with its seasonal preparations of seafood and meat served with farm-fresh vegetables. The offerings change daily—the ingredients are chosen from the morning market by the chef, who trained at Berkeley's Chez Panisse—and are offered on a four-course menu for €47.50. Typical dishes might be monkfish with beets and avocado or quail with artichokes, Swiss chard, and polenta—but the regulars know that the vitello tonnato (sliced veal with tuna sauce) and the bouillabaisse, which you can add to or order instead of the set menu, are always a good choice.
