Fodor's Review

In the shadow of the golden lyre that tops the Concertgebouw (Concert Building), this dining institution has been serving musicians and concertgoers for almost a century. The classical, dimly lighted Old Dutch interior is paneled with dark wood and spread with Oriental rugs, and the menu leans toward tradition, with classic escargot, confit de canard, and rack of venison; the steak tartare is the house specialty. Regulars appreciated the friendly and efficient service.
