Timing

Doing all three museums is probably achievable in a morning as the both the Stedelijk and Rijksmuseum are in highlights mode until the main buildings reopen (and the Stedelijk is going to win that race), but it doesn't allow much time to linger and will depend on the queues. Visit on a Wednesday and you can sandwich in a free lunchtime concert at the Concertgebouw.
