You'll find Gozo's most refined service and classic cuisine in this limestone farmhouse. A thoroughly modern restaurant team manage their own vegetable garden and change the menu with the seasons to ensure that the freshest ingredients are served throughout the year. The excellent seafood dishes use what's fresh from the boat, fresh pasta is served with delicious sauces, and a range of game adds to the menu choices with items such as duck and quail. Signature dishes are

cooked tableside, including Steak Diane (flambéed in Cognac), and prawns flambéed in Ricard (anise liqueur). And while the actual building is in simple traditional Gozitan style, the dining room is embelished with fine drapes and table settings to match the elegant cuisine.
