There is nothing unusual about the food served here; almost any eatery in the city will offer the frittura (fried seafood platter). You won't find better one, though—and certainly not at a better price. So if you're visiting the island of Murano and looking for a lunch spot, wind your way to La Perla. You'll find a relaxed, local atmosphere and lots of Venetian standard fare, from the frittura to bigoli in salsa (spaghetti with onions and anchovies) to other fresh catch from the lagoon, served grilled or fried.
