Fodor's Review:

Gracious yet understated Venetian decor, original open-beam ceilings, spotless marble baths, and friendly, attentive service are the hallmarks of this intimate, family-owned locanda. The rooms overlooking the canals are the best in terms of size as well as view. A tasty breakfast is served in your room. The location is tranquil, but still handy to the Ca' d'Oro stop, the traghetto across to the Rialto Market, and the San Marco area. Spring for the airy suite if it's available. Pros: Standout service, canal views from some rooms. Con: Not for modern-decor lovers.
