Here you'll get the best deal from among the high-end hotels along the San Marco Basin waterfront. Fifteen of the guest rooms open directly onto the lagoon panorama, and all are decorated with tapestries, fine fabric curtains, and Murano glass chandeliers; they have high ceilings -- some are coffered -- and many get a great deal of light. There's a copious buffet breakfast, and the restaurant stays open all day.

Very convenient European style small hotel right on San Marco Basin waterfront. Water bus stop right out front and hotel is almost ontop of Piazza S. Marco! Location is Prime - doors away from prestigious and more expensive Danieli Hotel. Luxurious rooms and excellent front desk service, almost like having a private butler/concierge at your fingertips! We stayed in Lagoon view Junior Suite, had balcony, whirlpool tub and bottle of iced champagne (320E per night). Slight noise in the early evening from the outside caused by that convenient water bus stop. But eventually lulled to sleep by the sounds of the lagoon. Travelers could choose quieter interior room, but sadly no view. Great buffet breakfast served with view of lagoon included in price. We would return and recommend to others! Check hotel web site for specials.
