Venice's most elegant small hotel is an updated mix of classic style—terrazzo floors, dramatic Murano chandeliers, antique furnishings—and touches of the contemporary, found in the African-wood reception area and breakfast room. Five dramatic "concept rooms" take on themes from Venetian history; the Doge's Room is draped in deep red brocades, while the Oriental Room is inspired by the travels of Marco Polo. Ca' Maria Adele's location is a tranquil yet convenient spot near the church of Santa Maria della Salute. Pros: Quiet and romantic; imaginative, contemporary furnishings and decor. Con : More formal atmosphere may not be ideal for those with young children.

WE thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Wonderful breakfasts and great selections, just fill our the night before, tell them the time you will be down for breakfast and it's ready when you are.
Convenient location for St. Mark's (but not too close). One vaporetto stop, and a 5 minute walk and your there. Hope on at the Salute stop, another 5 minute walk.
Water taxis will pick you up at their small dock. Accadamia is a 10 -15 minute walk. Plenty of shops, and restaurants close by. The staff are ready to assist with restaurant recommendations and reservations.
It is worth the splurge. Trip to Murano one way by water taxi included in the stay.

Beautiful small hotel near Salute with comfortable, large rooms. Excellent breakfast included in rate can be taken in room, on terrace or in breakfast room. Very friendly and helpful staff can arrange excursions and transfers. WiFi internet connection also a plus. Near water taxi stop (Salute) and numerous sights within walking distance. Hotel has its own private dock so water taxis can pick you up and drop you off at door of hotel.
