Fodor's Review:

The villa offers all the intimacy of a private home (albeit a somewhat large one), which is what it was in the 19th century. It looks on to the church and square of San Zaccaria and, despite its rather central location, is an oasis of tranquility. Rooms are decorated in light pastels; some of them have tiny private balconies, and one has its own terrace. Six rooms have extra beds, making them particularly well-suited for families.

Nice combination of location & value

Room was tight, but very comfortable. Good sized bath, but the shower is not for XL sized individuals. Service was very friendly, but beware the 'free' trip to the Murano glass factory - ain't nothing free about it!
