Fodor's Review:
Le Forcole di Saverio Pastor sells the sculpted walnut-wood oarlocks (forcole) used by Venetian rowers. Though their purpose is utilitarian, forcole are beautiful, custom-made objects that make for uniquely Venetian gifts or souvenirs. Saverio Pastor is one of the few remaining oar and forcola makers left in Venice. Bookmarks, postcards, and a small selection of books on Venetian boat works are also on sale.
