A small and popular Cannaregio neighborhood restaurant specializing in creative versions of classic Italian dishes. The attentive expertise of chef and co-owner Lorenzo is evident in every dish: try the fagotti (bundles of beef marinated in Chianti with goat cheese) or a seafood version with prawns, zucchini, and ricotta. Risotto with scampi and savory fenferli mushrooms won't disappoint, nor will the signature parchment-baked monkfish. Co-owner Micael has artfully created a regional wine list. The osteria is just under the nose of the campo's famous corner statue.
