¢, Italian, San Marco
Fodor's Review:
Just steps away from the Rialto Bridge, this bar has been around since 1936; the fine cichetti and primi have a lot to do with its staying power. Two small, dark rooms with wooden tables and chairs provide the backdrop to enjoy simple fare. The place prides itself on its considerable wine list of both Italian and foreign wines; if you stick to the panini and a cichetto or two, you'll eat very well for very little. If you opt for one of the primi of the day, the price category goes up a notch.
