Fodor's Review:
If you're looking for a small, intimate hotel in a quiet yet central location, look no farther. This delightful palazzo was once home to Doge Marino Falier. It has been completely modernized in elegant Venetian style, with a wealth of textiles and some fine original furnishings. Some rooms have baldacchini (canopied beds) and views; all have fabric walls and hardwood floors. On a small canal and only minutes away from San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, this is an oasis of tranquillity. An ample buffet breakfast is served in a room with a frescoed ceiling and a Murano chandelier.

A must stay place

You live the feeling of being embedded in Venetian society when you stay here. My wife and I stayed here in late March 2006 and this was the perfect time of year. The hotel was classically decorated and cozy. Located in Campo Apostali, it was convenient to foot travel and other transport mean. Only a few easy walked blocks from Ca Doro water bus stop. It was a quiet and quaint hotel. I would stay there again. Great price.
