Fodor's Review:

As the name indicates, dishes prepared with truffles are the specialty here—don't miss the risotto al tartufo. But there are also dishes not perfumed with this expensive delicacy. Incorporating the ruins of a Roman villa, the restaurant's decor is rustic on the ground floor and more modern upstairs. In summer, tables appear outdoors and the traditional fare is spiced up to appeal to the cosmopolitan crowd attending (or performing in) the Festival dei Due Mondi.

Pleasant, but relatively expensive

My wife and I had dinner here in November 2008. It was a Sunday night and we were the only diners. The food was enjoyable, but (with one exception) unremarkable and the cost relatively high. I had a pasta dish with white truffles. There were ample truffles in the sause and shaved on top. This was an interesting experience because the truffles were freshly gathered locally. In general, I think there are alternative restauarants that deliver more.
