An excellent view of the Basilica di San Francesco is the primary reason to come here. Locals consider this the best restaurant in town, where creative Umbrian dishes are made with aromatic locally grown herbs. The seasonal menu might include gnocchi topped with a sauce of wild herbs and oca stufata di finocchio selvaggio (goose stuffed with wild fennel). Appetizers and desserts are especially good.
