Fodor's Review:

Norcia, the birthplace of St. Benedict, is better known for its Umbrian pork and truffles. Norcia exports truffles to France and hosts a truffle festival, the Sagra del Tartufo, every February. The surrounding mountains provide spectacular hiking.
