A great view of the Duomo is coupled with superb food: Pastas, like ombrichelli al pesto umbro, are traditional, but perhaps with a new twist like fresh coriander leaves instead of the usual basil, and eggplant is transformed into an elegant custard with black truffles in the sformatino di melenzane con vellutata al tartufo nero. The wine cellar includes some rare vintages.
