Take the few minutes to walk from the old town for typical Pienza fare, including homemade pici (thick, short spaghetti) with hare or wild-boar sauce. The restaurant's version of formaggio in forno (baked cheese) with assorted accompaniments such as fresh porcini mushrooms is reason enough to venture here.
