Locanda il Gallo Review
Terrific thin-crust pizzas come out of the wood-burning oven here, but the menu also includes Tuscan favorites, such as Florentine beefsteak and pasta with mushrooms or truffles. The large, informal, country dining rooms have stone walls and wood-beam ceilings, and there's a veranda for dining outside in summer. The restaurant is about 4 km (2½ mi) north of Greve in Chianti.
