La Crociona

Fodor's Review:

A quiet and serene family-owned farm, La Crociona is in the middle of a small vineyard with glorious views. The apartments, which can sleep up to six people, have antique iron beds and 17th-century wardrobes. There's a big terrace and a pool where guests tend to congregate. You are invited to use the family's barbecue grill, as well as sample the owner's own wine supply. Pros: Peaceful location, great for families. Cons: No a/c, need a car to get around.
