Il Fondaccio Review
The Falzari family operates this moderately priced agriturismo overlooking the hills near Vinci. The working farm produces organic olive oil and wines, and stands in the middle of a gorgeous swath of countryside. Five apartments are available for groups of two to six people for one-week stays; one apartment is wheelchair accessible. If you're traveling with children, il Fondaccio is a perfect spot from which to tour the sights (Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, and beaches are all nearby); the pool provides a fine option for nonsightseeing days.
