Fodor's Review:

Steps away from the busy square and church of San Michele, this little hotel is quiet and calm—and a great deal. Wallpaper, hardwood floors, and throw rugs are among the handsome decorations. Paolo, the genial manager, speaks fluent English and dispenses great touring advice. Pros: Cheery, English-speaking staff. Cons: Breakfast costs extra, some rooms are on the dark side.
