Fodor's Review

Although Bagno Annetta is an ultra-exclusive beach club (you have to be an exceedingly wealthy person to join), its restaurant on the beach is open to the public. A handful of tables, surrounded by well-trimmed high hedges, sit underneath a large umbrella. The menu (with no prices on it) features specialties from the sea. The tartare di tonno e ricciola (tuna and amberjack tartare) comes with thinly sliced apples and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar; the spaghetti alle arselle (spaghetti with a minced clam sauce) should not be missed. Another standout is the delicious and expensive mixed grill with scampi the size of small lobsters. For something more modest, try one of the terrific wood-fired thin-crust pizzas.
