Gener Neuv

Fodor's Review:

One of Italy's best restaurants, the family-run Gener Neuv is known for its rustic elegance. The setting on the bank of the Tanaro River is splendid. The menu of regional specialties may include agnolotti ai tre stufati (with a filling of ground rabbit, veal, and pork), and to finish, composta di prugne e uva (prune and grape compote). Fixed-price menus are available with or without the wine included. As you might expect, the wine list is first-rate.
