Fodor's Review:
A luxury belle epoque hotel with faux-Gothic touches, the Billia is in a park in the middle of town and connects directly to the casino by a passageway. Half the rooms are done in modern and half in period decor, but all have high ceilings, finely upholstered furniture, and well-stocked bathrooms.
