One of the trendier restaurant in Padua is cozy yet elegant. The carefully prepared and creatively presented dishes may not always stick to tradition, but no one can claim that owners Carlo Vidali and Hélène Dao don't know what they're doing in the kitchen. Try their wonderful black bean soup with ginger, prawns and sour cream—not grandma's bean soup, but it's heavenly—followed by seared tuna with saffron and onions, or a more traditional beef tagliata with rosmary. The service is attentive and helpful.
