The intimate setting, creative Ligurian dishes, and fine service make this a favorite with local businessmen and the after-opera crowd from nearby Teatro Carlo Felice. Standouts from the menu include the tagliata di tonno served with fresh fennel and a grapefruit sauce, and for an antipasto, the wonderful timballo di robiola, which is similar to a cheese soufflé served with a pear and cinnamon sauce. It's so good you could almost have it again for dessert.
