Built in the 13th century as a Franciscan convent, this pale pink building with arches and frescoes is now the best hotel in the village. Rooms are fairly basic, but the views of the historical center and sea are magnificent. The hotel also has a fine restaurant and serves a robust breakfast on the terrace. Pros: Nice location; many extra amenities such as the spa, gym, and cooking lessons. Con: Lobby and rooms could use a revamping.
