Beef is king at this upscale but casual trattoria. The building dates to a restaurant started in 1790. The owners have retained most of its original design, including wood benches and slabs of marble for tables. Daily specials are listed on chalkboards, or you can just walk up to the butcher counter and pick your cut of choice.
