Don't go to lerici, if you have a car you'll surely get a fine for the parking, it's almost impossible to find coin change for the park-meter. I left my car about 5 minutes to find spare coins and they fine me 40 euros (i was almost the only car in a 500 places parking lot)... I recommend you to go to Portovenere, the city is beautiful and in the years I've never had such problems.
