In the community of San Leone di Agrigento, lying between the temples and the seaside, this restaurant is run by a pair of local food and wine personalities, brothers Totó and Vittorio Collura, who make adventurous use of traditional ingredients. Their seasonal menu is full of pleasant surprises. Try the pasta with sardines, accented with traditional Agrigento spices; or one of the dishes inspired by the Commissario Montalbano detective series set nearby. The wine list is playful, organized with an opera theme and featuring frowning faces when a certain label is temporarily out of stock.
