Fodor's Review:
The farthest outpost of the Aeolians remains sparsely inhabited, wild, and at peace. Here and on Filicudi there is a tiny selection of accommodations, but you can rent rooms cheaply. Only the coming and going of hydrofoils (which run only occasionally, especially October-April) disturbs the rhythm of life here, and the only noise is the occasional braying of donkeys.
