This foodie paradise occupies a cozy-but-elegant space on an unheralded piazza in the historic city center. Local seafood is a big draw here, so try the superb antipasto cinque variazioni di crudo dal mare (five variations of raw delicacies from the sea). Alternately, you can order the ravioli pieni di ricotta al forno con aroma di cedro (ricotta ravioli with a citrus fruit aroma)—sheep's-milk cheese ravioli with basil, fresh tomato, eggplant, and crispy onions adds creative depth to traditional preparation. The wine list is also one of the best in Palermo. The winter menu is traditional fare, but in the summer months the sommelier and chef collaborate to make a special tasting menu (€75) built around Sicilian wines.
