Fodor's Review

Erected by the Senate in honor of Faustina, deified wife of emperor Antoninus Pius (AD 138–161), Hadrian's successor, this temple was rededicated to the emperor as well upon his death. Because it was transformed into a church, it's one of the best-preserved ancient structures in the Forum.
