Volpetti, a Roman institution, sells excellent, if pricey, cured meats and salami. You'll also find a vast selection of cheeses, genuine buffalo-milk mozzarella (much tastier that the more common cow's milk version), balsamic vinegars, olive oils, and pastas made with tomatoes, spinach, or squid ink.
