Fodor's Review:
Sloppy Sam's is an American-run outpost, popular with a young, carefree crowd and plenty of American and U.K. expats and students. There's also outdoor seating on one of Rome's busiest squares, and a light food menu, including big panini (sandwiches on toasted bread) and nachos.
