This wine bar feels like a small, elegant restaurant. The food matches the atmosphere, and offerings include risotto with asparagus, vitello tonnato (veal in a cold tuna sauce), and an excellent selection of cheeses and cold meats from all over Italy.

La Tartaruga is an intimate restaurant with divine food and a wonderful wine list. The Limana family are very hospitable and I love the fact that it is not touristy....just Romans enjoying great food!RATING: 5.0
