Cons
Carmel Review
Rome's only kosher hotel sits across the Tiber from the main synagogue. Although its room furnishings are sparse, the staff is very friendly and there's a charming vine-covered terrace. There are two kitchens for use by guests keeping kosher, and prepared kosher meals can be arranged. Breakfast is not included in the price and is served in the snack bar next door. Not all rooms have a private bath, so make sure to inquire before booking.

we stayed at Hotel Carmel 3 weeks ago.
The staff was very friendly, room small but clean and confortable.
Perfectly located.
The terrace available for all guests is fantastic I think especially in spring and summer.
