Rooms at this low-key hotel, in a dignified 19th-century building on Rome's busy Via Nazionale, are soundproof and tastefully styled, but the main draw is the hotel's location on main bus lines and near Termini station and the Metro. It's also conveniently close to plenty of shops and caffès. Rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable, if uninspiring. Winter rates from November through February are a good bargain. And remember, rooms that face the courtyard are quieter.

EVERYTHING in Rome is remarkably close to this hotel! You cannot beat this hotel's vacation! Also, the service is remarkable! The steward knows where each guest's room is, and you can't forget Mario, waving to you on the street! The one and only place that I will stay in Rome!

Our family stayed in a quad room there and absolutely loved it! The room was nice, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the staff was super! Very friendly to children too. Location was good...safe area...a tad away from most tourist stuff...but for us it was perfect. We did walk everywhere, even with children. Definitely would go back!
