Hotel Suisse Review

In the same family for more than three generations, this lovely little hotel is on a picturesque and fabled street minutes from the Spanish Steps and its famous boutiques. It's also just steps away from the former residences of Hans Christian Andersen and the painter Ingres. Though it's in a somewhat unprepossessing building, the hotel itself is sweet and serviceable, with rooms that feel more like a friend's elegantly furnished apartment: if possible, opt for the ones facing the back—blissfully quiet even though you're in the thick of things.
