Though not strictly a flea market, the outdoor stalls at Via Sannio, open weekdays 8-2 and Saturday 8-5, is where you'll find bargains on used clothing and army surplus. Also expect great deals on shoes -- you can buy good-quality name-brand shoes that have been used in shop window displays.
