Fodor's Review

"Homey minimalism" isn't a contradiction at this whitewashed café with a modern edge. The block seats and sleek booths, white chandeliers, and multiplicity of mirrors make this small but multilevel space a tiny gem. The menu offers various bruschette, mixed salads, and sandwiches, making this a great spot for a light lunch or aperitivo at a reasonable price (considering the high-end neighborhood). And the sweets are top-notch: gelato, pastries, fruit with yogurt, and even some American pies and cheesecake, along with the best hot chocolate in Rome during the winter. In warmer months, fully stocked gourmet picnic baskets are ready for pick up on your way to Villa Borghese park.
