Fodor's Review

The official name of this popular pizzeria is Panattoni, but everyone calls it "Ai Marmi" or "L'Obitorio" (the morgue) for its marble-slab tables. Contrary to what that might imply, this place is actually about as lively as it gets—indeed, it's packed pretty much every night, with diners munching on crisp pizzas that come out of the wood-burning ovens at top speed. The fried starters, like a nice baccalà, are light and tasty. The restaurant stays open well past midnight, convenient for a late meal after the theater or a movie nearby.

Great Night Spot

This place seemed always busy and for a good reason. It's cheap and no frills with really excellent pizza. Another of the best pizza places in Rome to me. It was great that it's open really late too. I liked the appetizers too.
