This quaint yet cushy hotel, which occupies the upper floors of a centuries-old townhouse it shares with Casanova's old haunt, Antico Caffè Greco, wins a gold star for its sharp design and smart decor. Rooms and suites are stylishly outfitted with stripped walls, warm neutral tones, frescoed ceilings, and hardwood floors. This is a great place to rest your head after a hard day of shopping on Rome's Rodeo Drive.

I chose The Inn at the Spanish Steps for a very special occasion,my marriage proposal to my girlfriend Barbara, most of all for the location, right in front of the Spanish Steps, but I have to say The Inn met and surpassed all my expectations, we were given a free upgrade for the occasion by your front desk staff in The View which is the Penthouse overlooking the Spanish steps. What A view! I proposed right on the spanish steps and she said YES...
What a magical moment. Thank you Inn at the Spanish Steps, we will never forget you. Love Bill and Barby.
