Volpetti, a Roman institution, sells the best cured meats and a score of different salami. You'll also find a vast selection of cheeses, genuine buffalo-milk mozzarella (much tastier that the more common cow's milk version), and variegated pasta colored with tomatoes, spinach, or squid ink.
